In collaboration with Executive Head Chef Daniel Heffy, alongside esteemed partners Matt Farrell and John Ennis, GSG is set to revolutionize the traditional pub experience with a menu that steps away from typical gastro pub offerings. This move follows the recent Michelin listing for NORD, cementing GSG’s commitment not only to driving Liverpool’s hospitality scene but also to further supporting local businesses and communities.
The initial focus will be on developing both indoor and outdoor spaces. The Hightown Inn will continue to operate as a traditional pub with a restaurant offering maintaining its local charm and welcoming atmosphere.
The restaurant will feature a British menu, created by Chef Daniel Heffy. Guests can expect high-quality dishes that celebrate the best of British dishes, created with local ingredients.
The hub will also house a stylish cocktail bar, providing an intimate setting for enjoying expertly crafted drinks. John Ennis highlighted the importance of this addition, saying, “We want to create a space where people can enjoy classic cocktails served with exceptional service, reinforcing our commitment to quality and community.”
