Santa Maluco’s head pizza chef, Rich, has been chosen as a finalist in the National Pizza Awards, taking place in London at Islington’s Metal Works. Rich will be creating his ‘Col’s Own’ pizza, a ‘delicious combination of fior di latte, san marzano tomato,Nduja, roquito pepper pearls, smoked garlic oil and rosemary.’
